Seasonal Boat Maintenance: Summer & Winter Prep
Annual service and winterization help protect your engine and ensure reliable performance before and after boating season.
Before Summer:
We recommend completing your annual or 100-hour service before launching your boat for the
first time of the season. This ensures your engine and systems are properly inspected, serviced, and ready for peak boating season.
Before Winter:
Winterization includes everything performed during an annual service, with additional steps to
protect your boat during colder months. This process helps prepare your vessel for storage and
next-season use, including adding freshwater antifreeze to onboard systems and taking
precautions to prevent freeze-related damage.
If you’re unsure which service your boat needs, our team can help determine the right
maintenance schedule based on your engine and usage.
